Are you a Pre Sales or 1st Line Support Engineer from an IP Networking background? Do you want to work in a varied role with excellent technical progression as well as the opportunity to step out of the office and work with customers on a day to day basis?

This US based company are a leading provider of 3 & 4G routing solutions, telematics hardware and associated software. Established over 30 years ago, they now operate a network of global technical professionals and sales staff who are committed to the growth and development of the business. It is for this reason they are looking to expand their UK based sales team with an additional Sales Engineer.

In this role you will be responsible primarily 1st Line Support for customers as well as preparing pre sales packages. You will be working within a team of Sales Engineers delivering technically accurate and bespoke solutions as well as regularly visiting customers in the UK and EU.

THE ROLE:
*1st Line Technical Support
*Working hands on with customer product issues
*Home Based
*Travel within the UK & EU

THE PERSON:
*Cisco CCENT/Equivalent or proven experience in a similar role
*Customer facing experience
*Sound knowledge of practical applications and able to work hands on
*Willing to travel
