Portuguese Speaking Receptionist

Our client is an international oil company with a trading and operations office in London.

They are seeking a receptionist who is fluent in Portuguese to start in February.

The position will involve:
-opening up the building
-answering and transferring calls
-preparing boardroom for meetings
-dealing with couriers
-translation of documents

Candidates who will be considered for this position will:
-have a proactive independent attitude
-be impeccably well-presented and polished
-have an excellent telephone manner
-be fluent in Portuguese (this will be assessed in the interview)
