Salary: £72,000 – £84,000 per year
We are working with a renowned European FM & engineering business, our client delivers services to government, education, pharmaceutical, high end manufacturing and the commercial sectors.
We are recruiting for a Portfolio Manager to head up the service delivery across a number of education, health care and PFI contracts within the NW.
You will take responsibility for a large service team, specialist contractors and manage all financial / commercial issues. It is imperative you have a very outward and customer facing persona.
They are looking for someone that can identify service solutions and develop efficient work regimes.
The client is looking for an exceptionally proactive individual who can build good relationships with multiple stakeholders.
If you have experience of PFI that would be advantageous and you must be used to managing a large P&L (10mil+). You must have experience of managing multi-site and multi stakeholder portfolios. Please note that PFI experience or health would be advantageous but not a prerequisite.
We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual, this role offers a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to grow and develop a large portfolio.
