Portfolio Procurement Manager

Salary: £480 – £600 per day

We are supporting a great opportunity for an experienced Procurement Manager to join a prestigious Shopping Centre Owner/Management organisation. 

This role will be based from the Reading Office & will travel to London & the Centre’s within the portfolio as/when required. 

You will work to deliver the Central Procurement Function for all Facilities Management, Service-based contracts & Shopping Centre Service Charge Procurement requirements. Key areas of delivery include: –

• Providing a central advisory service, being the business expert on matters relating to procurement in relation to goods, facilities & services
• Applying best-practice methods to maximise opportunities to align service contracts
• Working to procure goods, facilities & services on tendering across the portfolio
• Working with the Central Support & Site Teams to develop/implement concise Service Level Agreements 
• Accountable for obtaining, analysing & presenting spending data 
• Working on value for money & long term savings 

Candidates will hold proven, senior Procurement experience & have CIPS Accreditation or other profession / recognised equivalent qualifications, along with a good understanding of European Procurement Law.
