Ict Portfolio Project Manager / Coordinator

Our client are a large local government organisation and are looking for an experienced ICT Portfolio PM/ Coordinator to join their team. This is initially a 3 month contract however this may be extended for the right candidate.

Our client is looking for someone to come on board and govern a number of concurrent small to medium infrastructure, desktop and application currency / renewal ICT Projects.

To be considered for this role you will have substantial previous experience as a Junior PM / PMO preferably within a public sector environment and have previously worked in an ICT Service Provider environment using matrix management to ensure correct people are engaged at the right time.

It is also important that you have experience of leading a portfolio of jobs concurrently and have experience of reporting on projects through portfolio milestone plan and sharepoint summary reports.

Experience of using MS-Project and Visio is essential as is experience of working with Prince 2 and an ITIL framework.
