Pipeline Product Manage

Duties:
To head the Pipeline product range within The Group
To assist with the growth, profitability and sustainability of the Pipeline Division

Experience required:
Provide input into setting and agreeing objectives (with Group Directors) for the division and its employees
Provide input into setting Pipeline budgets
Prepare monthly board reports and comment on performance
Work alongside and engage with other departments of the Group to ensure the Division meets its budget, goals and objectives
To manage the estimating process for the Division
Manage the Pipeline products supply chain (working with Director of Purchasing)
Ensure good service (deliveries and quality) is provided to customers
Manage Pipeline test cert department
Training of any new staff and existing staff where required for Pipeline products
Project manage particularly technical contracts
Manage and recruit Pipeline staff
Other Ad Hoc duties as required by the Director from time to time

Note – the role will change as the Pipeline division evolves. The speed of change will be determined by how quickly the division grows which will dictate the timescale (and number) for new recruits.
