Role: Photocopier Field Service Engineer
Location: Warwickshire – Coventry

What will your day to day responsibilities be?
- Providing the very best service levels to our clients at all times
- Responding and arriving on clients site promptly and within set SLA response times
- Repairing any reported device mechanical & i.t. issues, plus provide regular scheduled preventative maintenance calls on equipment
- Keeping up to date with all service bulletins
- Networking equipment including scanning & document management solutions on all new multi-functional devices sold throughout the product range
- Take responsibility for all parts stock
- Providing remote technical phone support to clients, attempting to resolve any problems by phone
- Time management and fast pace is essential as is being a quick learner, with hands on training
Package
- up to £32,400
- 23 days (rising by 1 day per year to a maximum of 28 days), plus bank holidays
