Pharmaceutical Product Sales and Operations Planning and Information Manager – London

Opportunity:

This is a brand new opportunity that has been created due to expansion.

My client based in Central London a leading pharmaceutical company is looking to recruit a Sales and Operations Planning and Information Manager where you will facilitate the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process for drug products.

Additionally, you be responsible for the coordination, consolidation, provision and publishing of business information relating to global operations and drug product availability. This will include facilitation of key operations meetings, capture and follow up of team actions, managing the daily, weekly, monthly communications and reporting cycles across all operations functions (Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Projects).

Day to day duties and responsibilities will include:

• Supply chain issue reporting.
• Creating the S&OP minutes, communicate key conclusion to stakeholders and perform follow up of the actions.
• Monthly Global Operations consolidated KPI and qualitative report.
• Data pack for Bi-Monthly Operations review meetings.
• Leading meetings.
• Information analysis such as root cause, KPI generation, storage and retrieval.
• Working with supply chain and procurement to evaluate supplier delivery performance and capability.

This is a full time permanent role with a great benefits and salary is negotiable dependent on skills and experience!

Skills:

To apply for the role of Sales and Operations Planning and Information Manager you will have the following:

• Graduate level (BA/BSc) in a relevant subject or equivalent and experience with carrying out the above duties.
• Pharmaceutical experience in Supply Chain Management, Continues Improvement, Production, Quality or similar.
• Relationship management.
