Our client is a large independent recruiter who are a multi million business that has more than 40 branches across the UK. They specilise within the fast-paced Driving, Engineering.Industrial, Warehouse, Construction, Commercial, Oil and Gas Recruitment markets and have a settled team of experienced recruiters and tremendous growth plans for the coming year. Due to exciting expansion plans they now have an opportunity for an experienced perms ot temps consultant to join their team in Daventry….. the ideal candidate is someone that has a strong 360 recruitment background and would like to work towards a management role in the future.

Responsibilities will include building and developing your perms or temp desk/division and working with the team in branch, selling the services of the company to local and national businesses in the area. 

To succeed in this role, you will have experience within the recruitment industry as an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant recruiting into the permanant or temps market within your specialist sector.

Demonstrate excellent communications and negotiation skills, and planning ability 

You will be a people person who gets great results from building long term relationships with clients and candidates

Thrive on winning and chasing new business/clients and building your client base 

Seeking a role where you can progress into a Management role in the future

Have a good work ethic and be flexible as you may have to speak with candidates out of working hours There is an open-ended career path for the successful candidate and the opportunity to worlk towards a Manager role.
