The Graduate Recruitment Consultant Role:

– Identifying new business opportunities

– Achieving and exceeding targets where ever possible

What We Are Looking For in a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
– 2:1 degree from a top university
– Interest in the Financial markets
– Additional European languages are ideal
– Brilliant communication skills
– Well-presented and comfortable meeting people of high net worth
– Determined and resilient
– Proactive and self-motivated
– Office experience is beneficial but not vital
