Job description

Our specialism is perm recruitment in the engineering sectors. Our recent success has allowed for expansion and we are now in a position to take on 2 Senior Consultants. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you must have the desire to grow the business and lead from the front.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a proven desk that generated over £100,000 in perm revenue last year.
• Maximising the return on clients who are working with us.
• Successfully converting new business, whilst maintaining a great customer service for existing clients.
• Hitting and surpassing financial targets.
• Being able to always show a winning attitude.
• Develop an excellent relationship with candidates.
• Mentor junior consultants to help them achieve their full potential.
• Multi-task whilst maintaining high standards.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Excel under pressure, whilst keeping organised and focused.
• Have a positive attitude at all times.
• 24+ Months recruitment experience
• Be motivated and ambitious with a drive to succeed.
• Consistently deliver in a target driven industry.
• Display a proven track record of success.
• Have excellent communication skills.
