My client is currently looking for a client and customer focused Payroll Manager to join their market leading business in Leeds. As a Payroll Manager you will be required to provide integral Payroll support to approximately 400 staff whilst dealing with all other payroll duties including producing P45s and P35/P60s. You will also be required to provide advice and information to both managers and employees within payroll related matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for which the ideal candidate will have strong experience in the full process of payroll together with highly developed interpersonal skills.

As a Payroll Manager you will be responsible for payroll duties as well as a wide range of additional activities, including but not limited to:

* Manage payroll of approximately 400 members of staff
* Maintenance of the payroll system
* Resolution of any issues that may arise
* Supporting with HR Administration on an ad-hoc basis

The ideal candidate for this position must have strong “hands on” payroll experience and be able to discuss with us how they excelled in areas such as:

* Multi-tasking and prioritisation
* Verbal and written communication
* Organisation
* Able to work independentlyA Payroll qualification would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
