Pastoral Teaching Assistant

Salary: £26,000 – £26,520 per year

CERT Solutions are currently looking for a strong and resilient pastoral TA to start at a new provision based in Sparkhill in Birmingham for an immediate start. We are looking for someone who has previous experience with challenging behaviour or someone who has an interest in pastoral within schools. The provision caters for a small number of pupils that have been excluded from mainstream schools.

The centre have a vacancy for a permanent role so the Headteacher is only interested in seeing candidates who can commit to long term or consider a permanent post.

Please note this role is full time so you must be available 5 days per week from 8:30am to 3:30pm.

The ideal candidate must have the following:

• Experience or an interest working within pastoral / behaviour
• A relevant qualification for working with children
• Full time commitment
• Someone looking for a long term role
• Someone who is able to commute to Sparkhill on a daily basis
• Strong behaviour management
