Our client a Motor Factor Company in the Cardiff region are currently looking to recruit an experienced and professional Parts Sales Advisor for their busy Telesales Department.

Summary of Position

To deal with a high volume of calls from our client’s trade and retail customers who want to place an order or need quotes on the client’s product range. You must use your sales skills, parts knowledge and customer relationship ability to achieve daily individual sales and profit targets and to pro-actively maintain and develop the branch sales and profitability by value added selling and enhancing customer relationships.

Required Skills

* Previous parts telesales experience, ideally within a motor factor environment
* Able to provide exceptional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction and gain customer confidence.
* Ability to react well under pressure and manage difficult or emotional customer situations.
* Skills in effective verbal, listening and written communication to consult with customers, understand issues and recommend solutions.
* Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others to include customers, vendors, employees and the public.
* Good IT skills to fully utilise our client’s electronic parts catalogues and product look-up systems (ideally MAM software experience)

For your hard effort our client is offering a starting salary of £26,000per yearhowever this is negotiable depending on experience Overtime at an enhanced rate, and fantastic long term career prospects with a growing business. The hours worked are 8.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:30-12:30
