Are you an Automotive Parts Sales Advisor looking for a role in a friendly team orientated Automotive Aftermarket business?

The Automotive Aftermarket business specialises in selling a full range a car parts and car accessories into trade customers and end users.

We are looking for a Sales Advisor that has a passion for the Automotive sector / Cars and is ideally technically minded and able to advise and recommend the right spare parts and car accessories to trade customers and end users.

For this role you will need to have experience using MAM Autocat as this is their preferred system for looking up Car Parts and Accessories.

Ideally Located – Wolverhampton, Walsall, Bilston, Willenhall, Wednesbury, Darlaston, Dudley, Halesowen, Stourbridge, Coseley, Wednesfield, Bloxwich, West Bromwich, Oldbury, Smethwick, Perton, Tettenhall, Penn, Rowley Regis, Blackheath, Cradley Heath, Bearwood, Kingswinford, Brierley Hill

Salary – Up to £32,400basic + Bonus + Pension + Benefits

The Candidate

• Must have good experience and knowledge of advising and selling car spares, car accessories and specialist car parts
• Must be interested in cars and technically minded
• Coming from a Motor Factor background will be a distinct advantage
• Be fully computer literate – Email, Word, Excel
• Be experienced using MAM software / MAM Autocat
• Have an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
• Be able to take orders, process orders on automated systems and ensure accurate dispatch of product
• Be able to own and resolve complaints
