Parts Advisor (Motor Dealership)  / Preston – Lancashire Area / Permanent Role / Salary £25,000 – £28,000 + Bonus to £31,000 + Excellent Benefits / Excellent Opportunity!

NC Associates are working with a prestige automotive organisation based near Preston to help recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to support the Parts team and Manager in delivering excellent customer service as well as providing customers with the relevant parts knowledge required to do this role. This is an excellent opportunity to build on your experience within the motor trade while working for an award winning business.

Duties

• Provide customers with a welcoming and individual experience in a warm and professional manner
• Build customer loyalty and satisfaction ensuring all requirements are met
• Raise invoices and take payments
• Stock control
• Re-order parts

Skills & Experience:

• A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service
• Proven experience in a similar role, as well as Parts knowledge
• Self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• An effective communicator
• Well-presented and personable
• Strong administration skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• A professional and confident telephone manner
• Quality awareness
• Excellent attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points

Working hours are 41.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 6.30am – 5.30pm; together with one in three Saturdays (7.30am – 12.30pm) on a rota basis, paid at overtime rate.
