Part Time Night Shift Customer Service Advisor

Elevation Office are currently assisting a prestigious client looking for Part Time Customer Service Advisor to join a small, friendly team working the night shift rota. This role is due to internal movement and growth within the department and offers a great opportunity for someone looking to work for a dynamic and progressive environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, good emotional intelligence with the ability to problem solve. This role would suit a bright, intellectual candidate with a retail background looking for a move into an office environment or a recent graduate/college leaver with previous work experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Receiving in bound calls from customers
– Handling and resolving customer complaints in line with company policy
– Prioritising work load
– Updating the data base
– Maintaining company reports

This role involves working a 24 hour week on a rota basis between the hours of 7pm and 7am, 2 shifts on, 6 shifts off.
