This position is working within an NHS environment and you will dealing with a range of age and social groups.

You will have the ability to handle sensitive situations assertively and tactfully often prioritising difficult circumstances.

You will be able to accurately record information onto computer systems whilst responding quickly to requests.

You will have to be flexible to work a 24/7 rota, mainly evenings and weekends. You must hold a full clean driving licence and have the use of your own transport and have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s, which must include, Maths and English minimum C grade.
