Part Time Customer Service (Freight / Logistics)

We are recruiting for a Part Time Customer Service Administrator with experience in Freight and Logistics or Shipping, ideally with international experience.

You will:
• Check the international inbox and look into and reply to customer queries
• Process orders
• Raise invoices/credits/proformas
• Liaise with freight forwarders and the internal warehouse/stores team
• Use an online portal to track and log all activity and chase orders
• Provide documentation to customers

This is a Part Time role working 9am-1pm Monday to Friday and although temporary it will lead to permanent so you must be looking for these hours long term.

You will need strong Admin and Customer Service experience with high attention to detail and experience in logistics, shipping or freight ideally in an international setting.

Do to the location it is essential that you have your own transport.
