Main Responsibilities:

Our client is a prestigious, blue-chip company. They are currently looking for a candidate to work in their finance team, handling customer queries regarding the end of their finance contract and negotiating extensions or refinancing terms whilst discussing best options. You will have an excellent telephone manner and will happy taking inbound and making outbound calls. This is a finance company, so you will need to be happy working to regulatory requirements and company standards.

Key Skills:

* Good communication skills – verbal and written

* Customer focused

* Good attention to detail

Experience:

* Experience with contracts within a finance environment

* Previous customer service experience
