Part-Time Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £26,400 per year

This leading medical organisation in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire, is looking for a new team of Customer Care Assistants to look after their valued patients, many of which are elderly and vulnerable.

This can be full or part-time.

• Full-time hours: 7.5 hours/ day to within the hours of 9.00am- 6.00pm
• Part-time hours: flexible to suit what you are looking for

Ideally you will have some customer service experience and be keen to work in the healthcare industry

You must be an empathetic listener with great communication skills!

The salary is up to £26,400 pro rata and on top of this there are bonuses and great benefits such as 25 days hols, rising to 27 days plus bank holidays, health care vouchers, pension scheme, life assurance, free parking, modern office facilities with a subsidised canteen

Essential:

• Some telephone based Customer Service experience
• Excellent database skills
• Empathy towards patients with complex medical conditions
• Analytical and enquiring mind
• Capable of managing high call volumes in a busy team environment
• Possess influential and persuasive skill set
• Excellent telephone manner and communication, oral and written, skills
• Able to work under pressure Possess a ‘can do’ attitude

Mainly office based role so must live around the High Wycombe area.
