I have an exciting job opportunity for a Customer Service Agent to join a growing and respected financial services company based on the outskirts of Leeds. The company is enjoying a sustained period of growth and this is a great time to join the business.
The Customer Service Agent deals with customers in financial arrears and look to settle accounts & create repayment plans. The purpose of the Customer Service Agent is to give the very best customer service, listening & understanding to each customer’s situation & ensuring they are given the very best advice.
Reporting to a Team Leader you will be working within a dedicated Customer Service team delivering outstanding customer service, dealing with inbound & outbound calls to customers that have outstanding debt.
If you are successful in the Customer Service job in Leeds you will work between Monday – Friday 8.00am and 8.00pm and 1 in 3 Saturday’s 8.00am to 2.00pm in the Stourton office with a free shuttle bus between the office and Leeds city centre. There is also limited parking on-site.
About You
– You’ll have experience in a customer service or sales environment ideally gained in a contact centre but other experience will be considered
– You’ll have an excellent telephone manner with the ability to have challenging conversations whilst remaining professional
– You’ll be able to work under pressure and adapt to varying demands
– You’ll be comfortable working on your own initiative and as part of a team to achieve outstanding results
In order to be successful you will need to be able to pass a credit check and criminal records check.
