Customer Service / Sales Support Coordinator

Working closely with both the Sales Team and Marketing Team, as the Sales Support Coordinator your duties will be varied spanning phone-based and face-to-face client interaction, administration and marketing tasks to include although not be limited to;
* Answering the phones in a professional and helpful manner, ensuring queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively
* Drafting professional job advertisements for clients ready for Account Manager approval
* Publishing approved recruitment adverts online
* Proactively supporting allocated clients throughout recruitment advertising campaigns including provision of software training and service calls
* Administering Testing Services
* Developing CRM data and ensuring that the database remains up-to-date at all times
* Researching and identifying potential business opportunities for new key accounts
* Making outbound fact finding calls to prospective clients, and where appropriate booking appointments for the Sales Team to visit employers
* Proactively networking at events and exhibitions
* Managing and developing social media campaigns
* General office administration and assisting with marketing tasks as required
To be considered for this Sales Support Coordinator vacancy you must have the following attributes, skills and knowledge;

* Full UK driving licence and own transport
Previous office based customer service / sales experience is highly desired, although not essential.
IMPORTANT: Please note that this role is being recruited via the Jobs Growth Wales scheme, therefore to meet the essential qualifying criteria, you must reside in Wales, be aged 16-24, not in current employment (unless working under 16 hours a week), and not in full time education (unless due to finish a training programme).

starting salary of £26,000per year(potentially negotiable dependent on level of experience)
Other Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays. Free onsite parking.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. Flexibility will be required with working hours to meet business/client needs, and in particular to attend events, which are often held early mornings or evenings.
Location: Bodelwyddan (Denbighshire, North Wales). Next to the A55.
Contract type: Initially 6 month contract via the Jobs Growth Wales scheme, with view of becoming permanent contract
