Salary: £26,000 – £26,400 per year
CREDIT CONTROLLER
Reporting to: Senior Credit Controller day to day
Summary of Job:
The role requires a good understanding of Accounts Receivable. The primary function is to ensure that the Accounts Receivable ledgers are maintained and managed in an accurate and efficient manner and kept within the terms agreed with customers and the business strategy.
Main duties
These include but are not limited to the following
• Maintenance of the Accounts Receivable ledgers
• Posting cash, allocation of cash receipts, matching of Credit notes and Debit notes
• Statements, reminder letters, copy invoices – ensure that they are issued in an accurate and timely manner
• Chase late payments and outstanding debt
• Action customer orders on hold (Order status 4) to an agreed timetable
• Query resolution
• Assisting with month end processes, reconciliation and agreement to TB
• On-line credit card payments
Person Specification
The role requires the fluent understanding and use of written and spoken English using a variety of media, French and German language skills are desirable but not essential

• Communication will be made through the following methods:

• To answer the phone in a polite, consistent and efficient manner, always bearing in mind the Company’s professional image.
