Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year
Credit Control Manager – Kings Lynn – 30,000 / 35,000
ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a Credit Control Manager for our leading client based close to Kings Lynn.
If you are an experienced Credit Control Manager / Credit Manager OR a Senior Credit Controller and looking to join a growing business with what can only be described as a unique but fantastic culture, then this could be the role for you.
Role:
Credit Control Manager
– Managing a team of 6/8 Credit Controllers
– Delivery of cash collections vs targets for the group
– Month end close, and subsequent reporting of metrics
– Bad Debt Reporting
– Monthly credit meeting, ensuring weekly catch ups and monthly team meetings are effective
– Overseeing and leading the team in systematic credit control processes.
– Account escalations and legal processing
– Overseeing withholding tax processes
– Query log management.
– Managing and evolving company credit policy, payment terms and process documents.
– Financial Reporting duties
– Development and motivation of the team
– Manage the relationship and output of the company’s credit reference and collections agencies
Skills
– CICM Qualified – desirable
– Extensive experience in a senior Credit Control position
– Experience in B2B and B2C credit control including reducing DSO and ledger balances
– Intermediate to advanced Excel and Word, and technology literate
– Strong communication skills
– Time management and organisational skills essential.
