Salary: £30,000 – £38,400 per year
JOB PURPOSE
To provide CAD support to all business units for business activities
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
*Support business units with any requirements for drawings and schemes to support new business activity
*Support business units with any requirements for drawings and schemes to support business change activity
*Prepare compliant site plans in preparation for applications for Landlord’s consent
*Maintain a central database of plans for all locations as a master document
*Ensure monthly recharges to business units undertake in line with finance requirements
*Attend annual Health & Safety audits at all sites to ensure site drawings are up to date for central records
*Keep up to date with changes to legislation in order to advise on any proposed schemes
*Keep up to date with changes to CAD software
COMPETENCIES & SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
*Good CAD skills
*Office skills in Microsoft Office, email, pdf etc
*Good written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to be able to fit into small team
*Excellent interpersonal skills are essential
*Capable of operating CAD to a good level
*Flexibility to travel to other sites as required
