Part-Qualified Accountant

Salary: £28,800 – £33,600 per year

A fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic part-qualified accountant with previous experience gained in practice to join a growing and forward-thinking accountancy firm, where you will be exposed to a number of different businesses in varying industries and complete a qualification in accounting.

Part- qualified Accountant – About the Role

• Preparation and completion of year-end accounts for businesses and associated tax computations for SME’s and Ltd Companies.
• The preparation and submission of VAT returns under supervision
• Assistance with the preparation of personal tax computations for clients.
• Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients.
• Using a variety of cloud-based accounting systems.

The successful Part-qualified Accountant will have:

• Experience within an accountancy practice for a minimum of 1 year.
• Part-qualified accountant (ACCA/ICAEW/AAT) or equivalent commercial experience.
• Audit experience would be desirable.
• Willingness to learn and work within a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with accounting software’s would be beneficial.
• Proficient on Excel and Word
