Salary: £28,800 per year
Would you like to join a well-established company who organise the delivery of Domestic and International freight and parcels?
Our client has been fulfilling the transportation needs of their customers for over 14 years, working in collaboration with some of the world’s best-known parcel and freight companies.
Sustained growth means they are now looking for an additional Parcel & Freight Consultant who will work as part of a small team responsible for co-ordinating shipments.
Key Responsibilities include:
– Using internet-based technology to arrange quotes and book shipments
– Processing incoming and outgoing business calls and emails
– Applying industry knowledge to fulfil customer requirements and shipping requisites
To be successful you will need:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional written and verbal business communication skills
- The ability to deal with competing demands in a busy office
- Diligence and enthusiasm
- Numerical and literacy skills to GCSE level 5 or above
- Previous experience in the transportation sector is highly desirable
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00
23 days holiday plus bank holidays
Full-time, Permanent
£28,800.00-£28,000.00 per year
