Freight Forwarding Recruitment Opportunity:
A 360 sales and recruitment role working in our branch in Woking town centre, you will be challenged and targeted on developing and winning new business within Heathrow and surrounding areas. A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious experienced Recruitment Consultant with knowledge of the Freight Forwarding Recruitment Sector.

The Role:
Working in a dynamic and fast paced recruitment environment, you will be responsible for the development of the forwarding desk, maintaining supply to the blue-chip companies and smaller companies whilst developing opportunities with potential clients who require a regular supply as well doing ad-hoc supply at all levels of freight forwarding. The role will also involve liaising with, interviewing and retaining a pool of highly skilled professional logistic personnel. You will be gifted in spotting potential quality personnel to impress your clients with. You will also have experience of tender bids and proposals. Effectively communicating with all partners throughout recruitment process to ensure a smooth and successful match is completed.
There will be a large element of sales involved therefore we are only asking for candidates with business to business sales background to apply.

The Person Spec:
Must know the local Recruitment Market place
Can demonstrate you have previously developed and maintained a very profitable desk.
Enjoy and have been successful at both new business sales and account development
Be a strong team player, with a positive and committed work ethic
Be able to demonstrate a stable career path and provide excellent reference
Hold a current UK driving licence

To be suitable for this role you will be a sales focused and dynamic sales person with previous recruitment experience. Please do not apply if you do not have a minimum of 6 months targeted recruitment experience within Freight Forwarding, as your application will not be considered
