PA to Marketing Director

The Marketing Director and his team are looking for a high calibre individual to join them as they continue to grow. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

· Controlling a hectic schedule on behalf of the Director, making decisions in his absence on appointments and meetings
· Extensive liaison with clients on behalf of the team, ensuring exemplary service at all times
· Production of complex reports and detailed documents
· Design and creation of presentations and marketing collateral
· Liaison with outside agencies in managing client requirements
· Travel and hotel arrangements, often at short notice
· Attending and noting meetings, managing action points
· Maintenance of in house database ensuring accurate record keeping and use-able data
· Contributing to team discussions and sharing ideas
· All general support as required by the Director and the team as a whole

The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator, secretary or PA with a solid and stable background of employment. A high degree of competence in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are essential. A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce quality error free documentation and copy are also a prerequisite.
