Marketing Brand Manager

You will be responsible for planning and implementing the marketing and promotional plans on a variety of magazine titles. The principle objectives are to maintain and increase subscription levels and copy sales on the magazines both print and digital.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

* Increase the prospects database of all titles and convert to live subscriptions
* Liaise with the design department and arrange print work as required
* Prepare monthly planning meetings and ability to provide feedback
* Prepare subscription reports & communicating future activity for planning meetings
* Update campaign codes spreadsheet and liaise with subscription department in order to monitor response
* Source subscription gifts for each of the titles
* Produce and update marketing calender for all titles
* Visit clients
* Project managing promotions through to publication
* Liaison between sales, editorial and clients
* Evaluate succession of promotions, sales information and be able to present to the team
* Organising show graphics to promote relevant titles
* Produce and execute Online and offline marketing plans
* Update competition pages and promotional spaces monthly
* Arranging suitable house advertisement featured on relevant sites
* Regularly updating websites to promote latest offers / promotions
* Promoting titles via relevant websites
* Responsible for sourcing appropriate reader offers, prizes and monitoring response

To be considered for this role you MUST have marketing experience, the ability to work well under pressure and have excellent attention to detail.

You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel and Word).

Salary is dependant on experience of the candidate. The working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with a one hour lunch break.
