Marketing Executive

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this well-known leading car manufacturer, based in North London/Buckinghamshire for a professional and switched on Marketing Executive.

You will be providing support to the CRM & Insight Manager with campaign and magazine management, producing reports and assisting with general marketing administration. You will be liaising with the agencies, briefing them on up and coming campaigns and checking copy.

You must have excellent written and spoken English, as well as a keen eye for detail and first class communication skills.

Duties:

Provide support to CRM & Insight Manager – campaign and magazine management – creation, creative approvals, proofreading, setting up campaign codes, action plans, / status reports, competition fulfilment, T&C’s, and call centre briefs

Management of brochure and stationery stock

Supporting events

Reporting – KPIs. Campaigns, Events, award entries, and creating activity presentations

Assist manager in planning future marketing and CRM campaigns for product launches and ongoing CRM activities

Basic data analysis in support and cover of the Data Exec

Management of invoice processing and budget sheets

Supporting other functions within the CRM Team and covering whilst people are on annual leave

Person Specification:

* Able to work under pressure and displays a positive “can do” attitude
* Work with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
* Good interpersonal skills and a team player, confident and decisive
* Organised and self-motivated
