Salary: £60,000 – £72,000 per year
Anderson Knight are working with a well known national Financial Services organisation to appoint a Operations Training Manager. This is a newly created role to support the Operations Director and to deliver the operational training network.
The main duties and responsibilities are:
* Be part of the Operations management team supporting management and staff on staff development, retention.
* Own Training academy concept and culture across operations and relevant communication flow.
* Deliver Skills matrix across all of operations and be responsible for relevant development output and management information reporting.
* Support operational succession planning framework and development of reporting and metrics.
* Support operational heads of department on the effective delivery of Operational Effectiveness.
* Own and deliver monthly MI reporting pack for training
* Own and delivery annual training calendar covering mandatory, Management,
* Remain up to date with learning theories.
* Consider the possibility of professional development framework across all of operations.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong experience in a management level training role ideally within Financial Services.
* Understanding of the regulatory environment and in particular TCF
* Technology skills – good level of knowledge on full MS suite
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent written skills and presentation development
* Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
* Ability to work as part of a small team and make effective contributions
