Operations Manager – Domestic Heating and Plumbing

Salary: £60,000 – £69,600 per year

My client is a long established reactive maintenance company that cover all over the UK, they cover fire and security, key holding, electrical and domestic plumbing / heating maintenance, and they are based in Greater London (north London / Barnet area) and have got plans for expansion across reactive maintenance with an already impressive list of commercial clients as well as supplying the domestic household market.

They are recruiting for an Operations Manager for the domestic heating and plumbing department, you will be:-

• Working at their office in North London / Barnet area (N20 area)
• Managing a team of 10 domestic heating and plumbing engineers as well as dealing with subbies
• Dealing with staff rotas, stock control, customer complaints, site problems, and technical support if an engineer needs it

Preferred Skills / background

• Be living within travelling distance to the North London / Barnet office (N20)
• Experience in the domestic heating and plumbing sector is essential
• Ideally operations, or managerial or supervisory experience is needed but they would also consider a senior domestic gas engineer who supervises on occasion
