Operational Excellence Lead

Salary: £222 – £276 per day

The Operational Excellence lead will play a key role in supporting the continuous improvement agenda by driving Program improvement initiatives across the EMEA portfolio of MSP, RPO and Procurement Solutions client programs.

Reporting to the Head of Change and Operational Excellence and collaborating with Global Business Services you will become a trusted partner to Program teams, helping them to deliver operational excellence across all facets of our service.

For this role you will need to be methodical, inquisitive and adaptable, with the skills to effectively engage, influence and communicate to a diverse audience. You will be focused on supporting Program teams in enhancing the activities that generate the most value for our customers. Through structured program health checks and ongoing problem-solving initiatives, you will help the teams to remove waste and optimize processes.

The Operational Excellence Lead is a key team member, responsible for championing the culture of continuous improvement throughout our business.

Responsibilities

* Work with the Head of CM&OpEx to embed standard working across the regional portfolio, championing the benefits of this approach and seeking opportunities to achieve this

* Partner with Programs to review performance, processes and flow; identifying and analysing opportunities for improvement

* Lead teams through structured problem-solving initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement

* Coach operational program teams in how to critically assess their day to day activities to find opportunities to add value to our client’s agenda

* Help Programs in measure setting to ensure problem solving initiatives return useful and tangible results

* Work with Programs and change management to ensure the successful communication and adoption of enhancements across the portfolio.
