Our client is looking for an Operational Excellence Stream Lead to make our change programme a success. Here?s what you?ll be doing as an Operational Excellence Stream Lead

Along with being the face of our Operational Excellence Programme, you?ll plan and lead the range of transformation projects involved and manage the team that will make it all happen. You?ll keep a close eye on performance of each phase and make sure it?s playing its part in our overall programme strategy. You?ll also offer your process improvement expertise when needed as well as coach and train first-line managers from across our business.

Here?s what you?ll need as an Operational Excellence Stream Lead

*Strong stakeholder management abilities and influencing skills with the ability to flex style to suit the audience.

*Have experience of working with and applying Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.

*A solid knowledge of project and change management.

*A sound understanding of statistics and performance, including the ability to read management information and form and test hypotheses
.
*First-class problem solving skills.

*The ability to work from any of our locations across the UK, for extended periods and with regular and repeated stopovers.
