The role itself has global scope and involves leading improvement projects and culture change across Europe and beyond. In addition, the role will also focus initially on the Technical and Research side of the business – representing one third of the entire company – inspiring lean and sigma activities across R&D and laboratory environments.

The winning candidate will be working among highly intelligent and educated research individuals, so the ability to understand technical processes is vitally important. The drive and passion to create change and implement internal problem solving and cultural improvement is also key, and will be the main factor in success.
