Onsite Recruitment Manager

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Develop excellent partnership relationships with clients by identifying client needs and objectives, managing their expectations and the delivery of our service in line with a client specific Service Level Agreement
Effectively manage worker relationships by promptly responding to worker queries, ensuring fulfillment of any commitments and being proactive with recurring issues
Assist the National Account Manager with planning, developing and implementing new ways of “Adding Value” and continuously improving the service we deliver
Manage, develop and support any direct reporting staff
Monitor, measure and report on the accounts development and agreed Management Information & Key Performance Indicator’s within agreed formats and time scales
Pro-actively liaise with other account and departmental managers to share knowledge and experiences
Ensure activities meet with organisational and site requirements for H&S, company policies and procedures and general duty of care
Constantly develop the knowledge, techniques and skills of yourself, your activities and your team
Keep up to date on company policies & procedures ensuring full adherence
Ensure that the site is following Best Practice and remains 100% compliant at all times
Experience of working for an employment business and up to date on GLA requirements would be advantageous.
Previous experience of managing contracts, accounts and client relationships.
Proven experience of dealing with conflicting demands and having to prioritise tasks.
Can demonstrate has worked both as previous experience of managing contracts, accounts and client relationships.
Personality: A highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with a professional manner. Must be comfortable working towards KPI’s and have a good understanding of what it takes to maintain and develop productive client relationships.
