Staffline Recruitment offers a fantastic opportunity for a proven, operationally focused individual to join us as a Key Account Manager, to work on-site at our prestigious client’s premises in the Chichester area.

Ideally you will have a recruitment background along with experience gained in a manufacturing environment, however we are keen to speak to candidates that demonstrate solid people management skills and the ability to comfortably communicate at all levels, including our client’s senior management team.

Key areas for this role include:

• Supporting the Company vision, and strategy, building a culture of trust, respect and where colleagues are always doing the right thing and evolving. The Key Account Manager keeps the customer and our colleagues at the heart of everything they do, through motivating and leading, setting clear direction and expectations, enabling others to use their unique talents to deliver business results.
• Full management of this volume recruitment role
• To ensure that the team receives training, coaching and development.
• Work with key stakeholders across the business to create and deliver on long term customer relationships through understanding all clients’ operation in detail.
• Support the client and on-site recruitment team ensuring robust candidate attraction campaigns, as required, are fit for purpose, utilising all the tools provided.
• To consistently deliver operational excellence, ensuring your team has the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to do the job right first time, removing any unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Manage compliance and our ethical standards and sees this as a critical foundation to our business success and reputation.
• Ensure that accurate people records are kept for auditing purposes and adheres to GDPR regulations.
• To ensure that all temporary workers receive an outstanding registration and on-boarding experience.
• To ensure that all temporary workers have an approachable system / point of contact in place for all work-related queries

The financial package:

We offer a salary of £42,000 – £54,000 depending on knowledge and experience with an annual performance related bonus.

This opportunity is offered on a permanent contract working full time, Monday to Friday with some flexibility required in line with operational requirements.
