On Site Operator

On site Operator required for temp to perm – part time position, Salary: £26,000per year. As the On – Site Operator you will maintain, develop and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring the provision of quality service in support of the customer’s service objectives. To raise the profile within the company, maximising all business opportunities and adding value to the business partnership and relationship. Process and record all shipments on in-house systems to ensure reporting are met and shipments are not delayed. Manual tracing and tracking is paramount whilst recommending and implementing the appropriate actions to resolve problems to the customers satisfaction. To be considered for this role, you require excellent customer service skills, a pro active approach and able to negotiate and stick to agreed deadlines with the customer.
