Salary: £26,000 – £27,600 per year

The Role of a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

You’ll join the team a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant, where initially, on the job training & development will be a large part of your day.

You will learn to manage your own client portfolio and run a business within a business

Business development, client meetings, interviewing candidates, marketing, headhunting, negotiating terms of business, maintaining client relationships, hitting targets!

Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant Salary:

£26,000 – £27,600basic salary at Trainee Recruitment Consultant level + realistic 1st year OTE £40,000+ plus excellent benefits

& Incentives:

• £18k – £23k basic + uncapped commission

• All expenses team targets – Majorca, Ibiza, Vegas
