Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Our small team at Mech Electrics has over 30 years combined experience in the engineering and construction industry.
We have a fantastic reputation with our client and candidate base, for service excellence and innovative solutions, supporting key clients within the Built Environment, Enegy Sector & Renewable Energy Sectors, assisting them to identify the best talent and workforce.
We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to integrate into our fast paced environment, someone who has a desire to develop a career in the recruitment industry.

As a business, we’ve provided technical engineering recruitment and contracting services for over 15 years, specifically to the Built Environment, namely construction and Engineering and our success, is down to us working together to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

There will be a full training programme for the role and duties will include:
* Account Management
* Candidate/Client liaison
* Recruitment and selection of candidates
* Updating and maintaining database
* Business Development
