Cambridge Audio design and manufacture a wide range of domestic Hi Fi products and are currently looking for an Office Coordinator reporting to Head of Systems.

Key tasks and responsibilities

1. General Reception duties to include greeting visitors, answering the telephone
2. Complete management of all incoming and outgoing parcel deliveries involving liaising with couriers and completing all documentation
3. Complete management of stationery stock and orders
4. Franking, sorting, opening and distribution of all internal and external mail
5. Assisting the CEO with personal tasks such as sending packages to his home address in Monaco, translating documents using software, collecting dry cleaning etc.
6. Ordering & distributing weekly Sainsbury’s food order
7. General office duties: photocopying, typing, filing, shredding making drinks for visitors, organising lunches for meetings, running errands and other ad hoc projects
8. Assisting the Sales Administration department with daily tasks
9. General monitoring of Office presentation and Facilities: Monitoring kitchens, stock check and replenishment

Personal profile & Experience

• Keen and hard working all rounder
• Dynamic, self-motivated and organised with the ability to prioritise
• Friendly, positive and adaptable attitude
• Effective record keeping
• Computer literate
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook essential

Salary: £26,000per year+ benefits package.
