Occupational Therapists and Assistants

We are seeking to work in Sandwell- working on long and short term interim contracts. You will be working as part of existing, experienced teams,. We offer Very competitive hourly rates starting at £19.2 per hour, with excellent benefit packages
Network Health and Social Care are working closely with our client in Sandwell to provide regular interim and permanent Occupational Therapists to be based in hospitals and Social work teams across the city, in a variety of specialist fields. As the main agency provider we support them to ensure that Qualified Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapist Assistant levels and skills are maintained to the highest level.
Hours of work will be determined Team manager and the Role
Provides a full OT service
Manages a case load,
Assessments and referrals
Arranges the delivery and monitors the effectiveness of services
Responsible for the provision of occupational therapy to users with a disability, undertaking and reviewing assessments in consultation with users, carers and other professionals, the provision of equipment, minor and major adaptations and active therapeutic rehabilitation programmes to promote individual’s independence.
We are keen to hear from you if you are a Qualified Occupational Therapists and Occupations therapist assistants, with a back ground in Adults, Older people, Mental Health, physical disabilities, Sensory impairments, brain injury or hospital OT work.
You will require a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience, as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or experiences as an OT assistant and current registration with HCPC.
An Enhanced DBS will be required; we will assist with obtaining a DBS and advice on signing up to the DBS renewal scheme.
Network Health & Social Care has locally based offices, with designated consultants and health care desks. We offer ongoing carer advice and support with your day to day placements.
Short term contracts from 3 months to ongoing long term assignments
We provide assignments and support to PAYE or self employed workers
Pay rates vary depending on role but we offer competitive salaries for all our workers – from £19.2per hour
Weekly pay, on line payslips / timesheets and Holiday pay
We can negotiate flexible working were available or appropriate
