Nursery Manager – Outdoor Nursery, Putney

We are recruiting for a Nursery Manager – this amazing outdoor nursery setting in Putney are offering a wonderful opportunity for a Nursery Manager to join their team

We are looking for a Nursery Manager who is extremely passionate and qualified to lead a team of staff and support the team to be passionate and enthusiastic about learning outdoors

The successful Nursery Manager will lead the setting, provide high standard of care and early learning, enable the personal, emotional, social and educational development of all the children through attention and outdoor group activities

Competitive annual salary up to £42,000per annum, pro rata for 3 days. All salaries are dependent on qualifications and experience.

About you –

* Full and relevant Early Years qualification, Level 3 or above

* Clear and Enhanced DBS check

* Experience in leading an early years setting

* Knowledge and/or qualifications in other methods of teaching would be desirable e.g- Forest School, Reggio Emilio, Montessori and Steiner

* Excellent understanding of all nursery policies, procedures and safeguarding

* Passionate about outdoor learning

* Ability to work creatively and inspire all children

* Have strong skills and ability to build relationships and work closely with parents
