Experience within the last 2 years along with a valid NMC pin.

We are now recruiting for registered Nurse for a variety of services, working in various settings such as nursing homes, dementia services, intermediate care units & specialist private hospitals.

As a qualified Staff Nurse, you will ensure patients in the services receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork.

Responsibilities

· To work as part of a team to provide and maintain professional standards in accordance with the principles of care as set out by the guidelines of the NMC.

· To ensure that a high standard of nursing care is provided at all times.

· To create and maintain person centred service user care plans.

· To monitor and manage the health and well-being of the residents.

· To manage and administer medication.

· To manage emergencies confidently

To be considered, the ideal candidate will hold at least 6 months paid Nursing
