Position: Nurse
Hours: Full time, part time.

Summary of Post: – Nurse –

We have an exciting opening for a Registered Nurse to join a residential nursing facility with one of the leading provider of home and residential care across the south of England.

Fantastic opportunity for a Registered nurse to provide support to the clinical team with the management service on a day to day basis and to ensure customers receive appropriate support in order to maintain the high standards of care.

The successful Nurse will/be:

* A proven track record in delivering excellent clinical care; ideally in an elderly care environment
* Manage and supervise care staff ensuring the highest standards of care.
* Liaise with external clinical professionals including GP’s and hospital doctors.
* Lead on shift whilst promoting areas of clinical best practice, working with both the care and ancillary teams to promote excellent team working and ensure the needs of our residents are fully met.

Experience/Qualifications:

* Current RGN or RMN registration with the NMC is essential
* Previous experience in Nursing and/or Care
* knowledge of CQC guidelines
* Understanding of the social care sector
