Non Surgical Patient Coordinator

We’re seeking a non surgical patient care-ordinator to support our patients through their patient journey.

This post services patients within our Reading and Southampton Clinics therefore the successful postholder will be expected to work between these two sites and therefore your location is important to enable the practicality of daily commuting to Reading or Southampton..

Postholders should have previous experience in a beauty or cosmetic fast paced environment. Communicating with patients both face to face and over the telephone, postholders will be expected to work to key deliverables. Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential as well as empathy and relationship building especially the ability to make our patients feel ‘at ease’. Co-ordinators will be communicating non clinical information to the patients regarding their interest in non surgical and anti ageing procedures to treatment and beyond.

This role is based on a 40 hour per week contract which is worked on a rota basis including late evenings and weekends. Flexibility in availability is very important as is the ability to work between two sites.
