We are looking for great candidates with experience of leading a team of at least 10 in a distribution, warehousing or FMCG production environment with responsibility for people management. You will have an input in to the business with regards to improving the day to day operation and will need to be hands-on at time and have flexibility to working hours.

You will also have responsibility for:

Performance, Absence, Probationary Reviews and Training and Development of your team.
Delivering direction and motivation of your team.
Solving problems in a dynamic, fast moving environment.
