Night Team Leader

Salary: £26,000 – £30,420 per year

Are you passionate and enthusiastic about making a difference to someone’s life? We would love to speak to anyone with experience in a care home or nursing home with at least an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Our client is looking for a Night Team Leader to work in their lovely care home which has a focus on helping residents getting the most out of life. This is an independent residential home in a lovely location.

The residential home is dedicated to supporting older people, they provide plenty of activities for residents along with space for them to also enjoy peace and quiet. The home has around 20 beds and feels like part of a community.

The shifts for the Night Team Leader are 8pm to 8am with a 2 hour break working between 30 and 40 hours per week.

• Have a sunny personality
• Focus on person centred care
• A compassionate and caring nature
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Able to communicate effectively with residents and staff
• Some experience of leading a team of carers if possible.
• NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care
• Happy to work permanent nights
