Are you a Senior Support Worker who has demonstrable experience in residential services for Children and Young People? We partner with an organisation looking to appoint a Children’s Home Team Leader to make sure the teams and young people feel happy, safe and motivated, and that the home operates to a high standard, as well as stepping up to deputise for the Deputy Manager when required. You’ll be someone who has proven experience leading teams in residential services for Children and Young People. We are looking for individuals to enable, inspire and develop outstanding homes for children and young people in accordance with The Children’s Home Regulations 2015 and Quality Standard’s for Children’s Homes.

Pre-Requisites for a Children’s Home Team Leader

Must also hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare

Will need to have worked in Children’s residential services and supervised a team for at least 2 years

Have a good understanding of Ofsted regulations

Full UK Driving License
